Method 1: Activate Auto-Scroll

Method 2: Clear Cache and Data
Sometimes the app stores temporary files that can sometimes become corrupt and then cause problems with it. So, we advise you to cleanse its cache data if you want to see if it does.
Option 1: Clear TikTok Cache on Android
- Go to Open Settings, scroll down to Apps, and tap Apps Management.
- Tap on Storage in the search and select TikTok. Tap on Clear cache.
Option 2: Clear TikTok Cache on iOS
- Head to Open TikTok and click on the hamburger icon on the top.
- Click on Settings and Privacy from the menu.

Method 3: Update TikTok
