On Android
- Tap on the New button on the bottom of the screen then open the Google Meet app.
- Go to Schedule in Google Calendar.
- It will redirect you to the Google Calendar application.
- Then tap on the Add title field, and then enter a title for your event.
- Select date, day, and time.
- Then add the participants and if you need to add the location.
- After it is created you will need to tap Save at the top right corner of the given sentence.
On Desktop
- Then, open the Google Meet app, and click on Schedule in Google Calendar.
- Now, take your next step by following the above-mentioned procedure and schedule a new meeting.
Scheduling Google Meet with Google Calendar
To schedule Google Meet with Google Calendar, follow the steps given below:
On Android
- Open the Google Calendar app, then tap the + from the bottom right corner.
- Go to Select Event and start creating your event.
- To add a title tap on Add title, and then enter the title of the meeting.
- Next, choose what date, day, and time it is.
- Type in the email address of the participants to add guests.
- Click on Add video conferencing and choose Google Meet.
It will link your Google Meet app to the event.
- After the location click, choose when the participants should be notified about it.
- Finally, press Save.
All of these guests will be sent email invitations.
On Desktop
- So tap on Create on the Google Calendar website or app.
- Select Event.
- Begin creating an event.
- This process will help you fill in the details for events such as the Title, Date, date, time, location, and everything else you can think of for it.
Scheduling Google Meet session from Gmail
Follow the steps given below to Schedule a Google Meet session from Gmail:
On Android
- Tap the Video icon from the bottom right corner, and open the Gmail app.
- Click the New meeting button, then Schedule in Google Calendar.
- From here, you can schedule an event, and you have to fill in all of those details; event title, date, day, time, add guest, location, and more.
- Then select Google Meet under Add video conferencing.
- Once you’re done saving the event, share the event with the added participants and you’re ready.
On Desktop
- Type ‘com. Gmail. compose-indeed’ in your Android device and then click on the Compose option.
- From the bottom, click on the three dots icon and click on Set up a time to meet.
- Click on Create an Event.
- Create an event on Google Calendar right now.
- Answering the fill-in the details such as title name, day, date, time, add a description.
- Click on the Add Guests button, and type in the attendee’s email addresses.
- Select Add Google Meet conference.
- When all the details are added up, just press the Save button.
- Now, select the Send option.
All the added guests will be invited by this.
